Xypex Admix C-500 NF at a dosage rate of 1.5% was added to the concrete used in the below grade machine room retaining wall to protect and waterproof. Another area where construction joint had failed resulting in considerable water entering the room was waterproofed using Xypex Concentrate and Patch’n Plug.
